Provision Of Services
Renobuild Projects LLP prohibits any user from uploading illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, improper, indecent, or objectionable content or materials. Renobuild Projects LLP may delete the concerned user’s account immediately without any intimation should such content or materials be uploaded.
Your Responsibilities
a) The user represents and warrants that all information provided through or in relation to the services is complete, true, and correct. Any changes to the information must be immediately notified to Renobuild Projects LLP.
b) The user shall be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and liable for any breach of obligations in this regard.
c) The user shall extend all cooperation to Renobuild Projects LLP in its defense of any proceedings initiated due to a breach of the user’s obligations.
d) While Renobuild Projects LLP uses reasonable efforts to provide users with a daily backup of their Transaction Information, users should regularly and independently save, backup, and archive such information.
e) The user shall not use the services in any manner except as expressly permitted in these terms. This includes, but is not limited to: i) Infringing proprietary rights of any party. ii) Copying, displaying, distributing, modifying, publishing, reproducing, storing, transmitting, posting, translating, creating derivative works from, or licensing the services. iii) Transmitting any data or material that contains viruses or other harmful programs. iv) Using automated devices or manual processes to monitor or copy the platform or services. v) Engaging in systematic retrieval of content from the platform to create a database. vi) Using the services in any unlawful manner, for fraudulent activities, or in any manner inconsistent with these terms. vii) Violating applicable laws in any manner.
Our Intellectual Property
a) All rights, title, and interest in and to the platform and services, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by or licensed to Renobuild Projects LLP. Subject to compliance with these terms, we grant the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free, revocable, and limited license to use the platform and services.
b) We may request users to submit suggestions and feedback, including bug reports. We may freely use, copy, disclose, publish, display, distribute, and exploit the feedback without any restriction.
c) Except as stated in these terms, nothing in these terms should be construed as conferring any right in or license to any intellectual property rights.
Term & Termination
a) These terms shall remain in effect unless terminated as provided herein.
b) We may terminate a user’s access to or use of the services immediately if the user violates or breaches any obligations under these terms.
c) Upon termination: i) The services will “time-out.” ii) The user shall not be eligible to avail any features of the services. iii) These terms shall terminate, except for those clauses intended to survive termination.
d) Upon termination of access to or use of the services, all outstanding amounts due by you shall become immediately payable.
Disclaimers And Warranties
a) The use of the services is at your sole risk.
b) Renobuild Projects LLP does not sponsor, endorse, recommend, or approve any SP who offers products or services through the services.
c) All non-Renobuild Projects LLP trademarks, product names, and logos appearing on our services are the property of their respective owners.
d) Your interactions with organizations and/or individuals found through the services are between you and such organizations/individuals. Renobuild Projects LLP is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of such dealings.
e) We are merely a technology platform service provider.
f) The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
g) You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from your use of the services, and Renobuild Projects LLP shall have no liability in this regard.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold Renobuild Projects LLP and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, lawsuits, losses, liabilities, damages, and costs arising out of your access to the services, use of the services, or violation of these terms.
Limitation Of Liability
Renobuild Projects LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages or any loss of revenue or profits arising out of or relating to these terms or the services.
Consent To Use Data
a) You agree that Renobuild Projects LLP may collect and use your information and technical data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
b) We may use information and data for analytics, trends identification, and statistics to enhance the platform’s effectiveness and efficiency.
c) We may be required by law enforcement agencies or the government to disclose data in connection with criminal proceedings.
Modification
Renobuild Projects LLP reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue the services and/or any aspect, feature, or functionality of the services at any time without notice.
Governing Law And Jurisdiction
a) These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
b) Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
Miscellaneous
a) If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms shall continue in full force and effect.
b) Any failure by Renobuild Projects LLP to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
c) These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Renobuild Projects LLP with respect to the use of the services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
